How Brochure Design Can Help Your Business Expand

Once the king of marketing collaterals, business brochures are no longer as ubiquitous as they used to be because of the digital revolution. That said, brochures still hold value as a marketing tool even in this tech-dominated age. While audiences are likely online, not all of them are. Even when the majority of your target market prefer digital, they, too, can benefit from a well-designed brochure that has everything they need to know about your business.

There’s a reason why old website designs look and feel familiar—most of them are patterned from classic brochures that tell you exactly what you want to learn about a business, product, or service you want to subscribe to. If there is one great flaw when it comes to digital platforms, it’s the fact that distractions abound as people interact with them online. Be it in a website, an app, or any other digital platform, users can very easily click away from a marketing message once a notification chimes in or a flashier ad pops up. With a tangible, well-designed business brochure, you have your reader’s full attention, which makes it easier to lead them through a journey of your business with clear, concise, and quick to find information and facts that justifies their purchase.

This said, there is no discounting the fact that people are more drawn to digital screens than printed collaterals. While it can be argued that there are still people who prefer tangible to digital, the speed and convenience of websites and business apps simply cannot be denied. This is why it is critical that you produce brochures that are designed with digital-savvy readers in mind. A good brochure design is just as valuable as any digital ad, even more so, if you present your information in a way that cultivates accessibility, trust, and loyalty in your brand.
